What is the best time to wake up for a WILD? My school’s Spring Break is this week and I’ve been trying to meet my friend in a lucid dream.

What’s it like to solve RL problems in a dream? I’ve read about it before but I can’t find it on the first 2 pages. I’ve heard that you feel more confident because you know it’s just a dream.

According to the suneye method after 6 hours of sleep, I feel anywhere between 4-7. Basicly you want to be able to enter REM “directly” however long it takes for you. You can fiddle around with times to see what works for you or you could wait till someone else posts a more definitive answer for you. :content:

6 hours of sleep is the best for me or wake up at 3:30 AM is best for me, but it may be different for you though.

Experiment and see which time is best for you though I highly suggest you to have at least 6 hours of sleep and wake up for at least 15-30 minutes before you attempt to go back to your bed in order to WILD/MILD (one hour of being awake works the best for some people, but for me, it will gives me a hard time to go back to sleep… I usually go back to bed when I still feel tired, but I feel awake at the same time).

I hope that I’m making senses here!

Ok, I think I’ll do 6 hours. Now for that other question. . . .
