When I wake up I still belive I havent gone to sleep. I f i doesnt have an alarm then , tried hild and that happened
And is it possible to set an alarm to 2 AM to do hild and one at 5-6 AM to do WBTB with wild or mild in the same night?
Or do you think that will be too much ?
I’m too Lazy for WBTB but i think if you wake yourself up too many times a night that could realy have an effect on you after a short time. Without proper sleep and a steady sleep pattern your body won’t be able to “recharge” itself properly.
yes, that’s right, tho i wake up between 4:00 and 5:00 sometimes, but i fall asleep again within minutes, but i know that if i’d try to WILD, i wouldn’t so,
but if i remember dreams i remember the ones i’ve dreamt in that period of time, so maybe it’s a signal of the body to say that i’ve finished sleeping and i fall asleep again but i stay semi-aware or something
this morning i’ve dreamt that the tiles in the kitchen went loose for some reason:S
I would only be able to do WBTB on the weekends because my alarm clock cant do multiple times. Shame though because when I wake up and go back to sleep I quite often have lucid dreams.
I think 3 tries a night is possible (it gave me a LD a few days ago, though i didn’t consciously try WBTB, my girlfriend just kept waking me up by accident). You might want to do it in moderation though, to make sure it doesn’t wear you out. Good luck!
It’s not quite the same, but the same general idea:
Choose a night when you can sleep as long as you want (no work/school in the morning) and when you wake up in the morning, let yourself go back to sleep. In the morning, after you’ve had plenty of sleep but haven’t fully woken yourself up yet, you can go in and out of REM very quickly and many times. I’ve had as many as four LDs this way, though they often aren’t incredibly long. If you wanted you could even try a WILD after five hours of sleep, then go back to sleep afterwards and use this method in the morning.
