A couple questions

First off does anyone know any good foods that have B vitamins in them? I have read on here that vegemite halps but after reading this - cockeyed.com/inside/vegemite/vegemite.html I don’t I am gonna try that solution. I would take vitamins but my mom is a nurse and likes to go into my room for no reason at all. Even better is that fact that she works at a home for people with mental conditions. I can just imagine her reaction if I tell her I am taking vitamins so I can remember dreams.

Preferably I would like foods that are very common in the US.
Edit: I am primarily looking for something that can help my dream recall. The last dream I can remember having was about 3-4 weeks ago.

Also I was wondering which way Benadryl affects dreaming.

B Vitamins can be found in meat or fruits, as far as I remember. Don’t know a lot about the meat…
Banana should contain B6

For supplementiv vitamins:
Here in germany you can get “multi-vitamin-fruit-juice” and similiar enriched products. From what I’ve heared american industry is even more fond of vitamin enriched products, so called functional food, and it is probably not unusual to have something like this in your room.
I don’t know if this is a good idea though, cause you might overdose some vitamins that you don’t even know about.
