Alrighty, this is really starting to annoy me. I started school, and my dream recall is now unexistant. I haven’t remebered a dream in aout 2 weeks. I used to write in my dream journal, but now I don’t have time for it. And I don’t have anything TO write in my dream journal. And I was doing so good with ld’ing, I had 3 in 2 weeks . I don’t know what it is, if it’s my alarm clock…maybe. I’ve had trouble with that before. But I need it now, because school’s started .
so any ideas to help me? I’d appricaiate it a lot!
yhea i have allso had ab LD free month. when i first startdel LDing i had a LD like 2 days after i heard of it. the in it was lame on the LD front untill last friday when i had 3 in ONE night .
It’s probably just the sudden change in sleep patterns. You mentioned an alarm clock, so I assume you’re waking up earlier now. When sleep cycles change suddenly, such things can happen.
probably…but it wasn’t a drastic change. I started waking up for cheer practice at 8, and my Dream Recall changed a little bit, but not…drastically. About one dream a night, compared to 2 or 3 (if I’m lucky). But then i started waking up at 6, and I have to get outta bed pretty quick to get ready. So I don’t really have time to think about dreams and see it they come to me…
Yah i have barely any dream re-call either beacuse of having to wake up at 6:30 compared to 10 or 11, Will i be able to start remebering dreams later when i get used to waking up that early compared to ussual?
Try going to bed earlier and earlier each night, so you get more sleep. If you get used to your sleep cycle then you’ll start waking up around the time you set your alarm anyway, so you should be able to remember your dreams better.
Woa, its like you’re reading my mind. I have had nothing but troubles the last few months (and here I thought I would have a LD party because I had all that free summer time!) now I’m back to school and I can barely remember my ND’s. Although I’ve had the odd one using WBTB, they have all been like B-movies. Horrible “quality.” Come back Lucids I love you!
