I dont know if anybody has used a method like this one…
It all started in a class… i was getting bored and then started writing things in my book. I then wrote “Are you dreaming” and remembred “weel, let me do a RC”, and i did… so i though “Hey, ill write it on my hand so everytime i see it, ill do a RC”… well, not only i do a RC everytime i see it… i also do a RC when i see it in my dreams… yup… and is helping me acheiving LD…

Just to share with y’all this (new?) method…

yeah its a trusty method, the way it is usualy suggested to be done is to write a big C on your hanbd in black vivid or similar and then whenever you see that you do a reality check… but very similar to the way you have done it. to each there own method.

I think ill start writing a big letter instead of writing are you dreaming, couse im tired of peaple questining me whats those words for :tongue: …
