A new day a new question :)

Hello again,
This time i wanted to ask if anybody can explain (or show me a new) the relax-techiques bec. i make that what stands in the guide (WILD) and my body dont feel heavy so i thought i make sth. wrong. And: How important is a complete relax for the Wild (Lucid dream)

I believe relaxation is very important for WILD. To relax, you could try to picture things in your mind that are relaxing. Like imagining a forest with a small stream near you. You could also try to physically relax your body as much as possible, loosening the muscles as much as you can.

And help the images that my body feel heavy or sth. like that. I mean at which point i know im eally relaxed. How can I loose my muscles.

Have you tried meditation before sleeping? It really helps me relax sometimes.

But if you mean relax while in bed:

Reading a bit before sleeping helps

       or

Put on some quiet/relaxing ambient music on your speakers/mp3/ipod/boombox

I mean the muscle relax hear in the Guide. My body never feel heavy i´m from my mind relaxed. But if i try a wild I loss the feeling about my arms but not about the rest of my body. i lie in this position for an hour and try to see HI´s but i think because im not really relaxed I dont see that.

To lose track of your body, you need to not worry. If you are wondering every few seconds, “Can I feel my limbs?” you will probably not lose track of them. Personally I think the same thing goes for HI. If I was you I would focus on trying to relax and your technique to stay aware. Forgetting about HI, once you are relaxed enough, it will happen.

DO SOME YOGA!

It’s relaxing. :3

There are loads of relaxation techniques. What you wanna do is, target different parts of your body, one at a time and feel if it is relaxed, if it is not then relax it. If it is already relaxed try to make it relax further. You don’t force it, you let it happen. At the same time you can keep your awareness of your breathing, this is relaxing on its own. As you try to make your body parts relax, do it on your out-breath. Take as much time as you need.
If you go through all your body parts and are not satisfied, there is nothing stopping you from doing it another time. If you do it for 20 minutes, you should be quite relaxed.

When you are satisfied that your individual body parts are relaxed enough, you can relax deeper by focusing on your entire body. And let your breath carry you into a deep relaxed state. Don’t control your breath, but try to tell it to slow down, and let it do so on its own. Just hold the intention!
As you breathe out, you can imagine that you are relaxing further. You can imagine that you are sinking.
After a while, you can stop focusing on your body, and just focus on your breath. And let the out breath become longer. Be aware of any images you see!

All the while you may feel things. like tingling and vibrations. feeling heavy. When you lose feeling in your arms, your well on your way. you can experiment with your focus. and make it spread just by paying attention.

you can also try, counting down from like 20. Telling yourself that you will become extremely relaxed. or even that you will be asleep when you get down to 0. And try to feel it happening as you count. Try counting along with your breath! On every out-breath, which you let out like a deep sigh of relief.

Ok, that’s a bunch of stuff, is it good?

yeaaahhh its quite long^^
but thank you.
@The toy Master: Can you explain a Yoga Technic

Edit: I found a technic to relax and wanted to ask you If its relaxing enough for HI´s?. Also I lie on my back, and breath deep in I waited a second then I breath out. Long and flat. So I lie for 10-15 minutes, think on nothing and then Im relaxed. Is it a good rel. technic? (Somewhere I read that brath like this can induce a dream)

I think that could be a good technique to get yourself relaxed. I avoided using breathing for WILD as I feel it will make you focus on your body and to me this seems counterproductive, but I believe some people do use breathing to try WILD. So perhaps this is a personal thing only.

Yeah I just wanted to do this for relax
And on Wild: You could count every breath and then is you mind used.^^
