I have been writing in a DJ for about a week and I was wondering if it would be worth adding an explanation for why I think I had that specific dream? Would that do any good? Or is it just a waste of ink?
You could probably make sense of a lot of dreams if you were to search out a reason. Might not do a lot for recall, unless it gives you extra motivation.

If you’re just searching to have LD’s, it’s a waste of ink, IMO. But it will be a lot of help if you’re interested in dream interpretation.
