a quick question about WILD

basically, with WILD its best to do with WBTB right? Well, can i do when i go to sleep for the first time that can help with my WILD or just help my LDing overall? i was thinking maybe just something like counting down from 100 every 5 numbers saying “I will have a lucid dream” or w/e.

WILD works better with WBTB. When you go to sleep for the first time, you can practice MILD/autosuggestion techniques. For instance, instead of counting, repeating a sentence. Your idea is good too.
