A simple question about WILD.

I haven’t posted in the forum for a long while, but I have been working on some LD techniques for quite a while. Now, on the nights I wake up and want to do WILD, I try, I relax my entire body and listen to soft music without any rhythm or beat. I usually lie on my back and close my eyes gently and start to concentrate on my music. But the furthest I can get are the HI, wich I can almost get on command while I am awake. I get heaviness every now and then, but I feel no electric voltage running through my body at all. I’m completely relaxed yet, I can’t get this feeling to happen.

My guess would be that I’m just not a person to get this experience, yet I can still WILD, but I would just like to make sure I’m not doing anything incorrect.

So you’re saying you successfully WILD without much body sensation? Some people get it, others don’t I’ve heard. Anyway if you get into lucid dreams this way keep doing it.

I think that the more you try a technique, the more you drill it into your mind, just keep at it and one day you may get one.

Also, RC a lot during the day, that way, if WILD fails you may get a DILD instead. Count your breaths when you’re trying to get a WILD.

If you get fed up totally, try a different technique like MILD, they all achieve the same effect.

well yes, I did get a WILD but not with any vibrations, wich I thought was quite different. But I guess if I got WILD, why should I worry

Thank you for your help

When I first got WILD’s, I never got SP. In fact, I think for the first 2 months I didn’t experience SP. So no, there’s nothing wrong with what you’re doing.
