Firstly, Is it possible to do WILD in like an afternoon nap? such as… wake up for college (7-9am) come home from college (now, 4:30) and do the wild technique? I’ve been trying WILD alot and it hasn’t been working, i’ve tried it all different times. I’ve only ever had DILD’s (2 full lucid dreams, and 1 half… for a few seconds)
When trying to do WILD i’ve also discovered that watching massage videos (hands and back seem to get me ) right before you go asleep/when you’re doing WBTB gets you really, really tired and relaxed.
Its easy! Youtube is best… just search “back/hand massage” and watch a few and you’ll feel really relaxed and tired, this seems to help me, but i’ve just ended up falling asleep
