Almost did it until...

Well, it seems I can have an “almost” lucid dream whenever I want using WILD. The main problem is the part where you get the feeling throughout my body. It always stops me at that point. I can do it every night, but it’s just that point. That is SP kicking in right? Or is it a false lucid kicking in? WILD seems to work best because I’ve been trying to do it for the past few weeks now. It’s just that one point. :sigh:

I think i cannot help me since i’ve tried hundred times WILD and i have been very concious during one hour and i still no get a damn HI.

I have that same problem. I haven’t been successful with WILD lately. If I try I’ll be up all night. I have gotten the rushes, the whooshing, the noises, all that, but I’ve ran into difficulty crossing over into the dream.

You had 4 LD already in 3 days? How do you do it? lol

i’ve got the same problems:
the whole “vibration”-feeling and even the flashes and lights and stuff are coming pretty easily, but i just don’t know how to go on…

just relax and wait? imagine/visualize something? trying to get a dream body?

please help me!
i don’t think it’s impossible for me to achieve a successful WILD

That’s an extremely common problem, it’s either your a natural or, if your like 99% percent of us, experience is the only solution. Try other techniques, they’re far easier. Like MILD, or DILD.

They take to long

Sorry, but there is no quick fix in lucid dreaming is a skill only aquired with patience

actuallyyy…

i wanted some hints how to improve my wild technique…
i know there are other techniques and i even had DILDs, but i want to learn WILD.

i hope somebody, who had successful WILDs, will give me some advises, how to make it

It’s worth the patience.

People are confusing sleep paralyse with just numbness you get after laying in the same position for a long timer and thinking there close…

If you got sleep paralyse, you’d certainly know about it.

Yeah, cos it’s so scary! o.O
