Almost there?

So, first time actually trying a technique was with MILD, I didn’t get a LD, but I had a quite good DR and I dreamed about preparing myself for MILD and LD-ing which is good I think.

Next night I tried WILD just when I was about to sleep (I know it’s a bad idea to do it when you’re about to go to sleep :tongue:) and although it took me quite the waiting and pacience (also for the reason said above I believe) I did manage to get some weird big vibrations all over my body, raising my pulse and breathing, as I read in the guide, that’s where you can start a OBE but I didn’t know what to do :eek:

Also, when trying WILD I never get any kind of HI or HS but I’ve gotten to the vibrations.
Just wanted to know what to do after the vibrations or getting to a farther point (rolling didn’t work for me), I can’t seem to see any kind of image or scenery that will become a dream or anything :confused:

From what I have read about WILD, it is necessary to WBTB (around 5 hours) before doing it. If you don’t, you won’t get HI or HH, because you aren’t going into REM sleep. (please someone experienced correct me if Im wrong)

because i don´t want to wake up my brother at 2 am, i´m trying WILD on the biggining of night too, and i got HH , but i got very excited from it, and my heart rate goes up and… i can´t keep myself in SP
