Thanks. If i wake up ill try WBTB technic. I tried WILD last night, but i was so tired and i started to normal sleep. I think i needed to be awake little more time. I try DILD still tonight. Its good i remember my dreams nowadays
Sorry about double post, but i had lucid dream. Actually two… This is amazing. In first one, i learned to fly (yeah i know its easy), and second one, i was in food market and have some fun. Anyway great adventure Ill try tonight same too…
Yea, that’s what it’s all about… Main thing is to seriously start to wonder whether you’re in reality IRL, so you will do that in your dreams as well.
Also, making RCs a habit is a good one. If you do it all the time, you will in dreams as well, only the outcome will be different. But be sure to be prepared to accept a negative outcome (that you’re dreaming) IRL, else you won’t in dreams either!
thanks, I used to do loads of reality checks in real life but I never did in my dreams for some reason. Well maybe I should use my technique to program my brain to remind me to do a reality check…
Try to make your RC’s to somekind of reflect. That will help much. I do RC automatically… (today, clock test, i put my clock on table and tried clock test but then i remember i dont have clock , lol…)
