Lastnight while lucid, I paused a while to see if I could tell any diffrents in the way I felt in a dream compared to waking life. I got an idea for a excercize. What if I layed down in my, and replayed a dream in my head, and realy visualize as strong as I can that Im in the dream while doing RC . Then get out of bed, and walk around doing RCs for about 5 minutes, then repeat the process about 10 times. I would do this before going to sleep. What do you think?

No, because your not actualy going to sleep. Its a little like it, but instead you just lay in bed for about 5 minutes replaying a dream in your mind, then get up out of bed, and walk around observing how you feel, and how your surroundings look while doing RCs, then you lay back in bed, and do the same thing. Then get back… It may help seperate the two feelings of dreaming, and the waking life.
