Any success with WILD at bedtime?

Everything I’ve read about WILD says the best time to do it is in combo with a WBTB at 4 a.m. or during an early-morning nap or whatever, after you’ve been asleep for hours already and the success rate of WILD when first going to sleep is low. Someone please tell me those stats are not 100% correct! I am one who falls asleep fast and has a busy schedule so a MILD/WILD combo is something that appeals to me, if I could use MILD/HI/WILD as I’m falling asleep, I think that would be my best chance for a LD. The only LD I’ve had so far is a DILD and that was a long time ago. There’s always the hope that another DILD will occur one of these days but I feel like I have more control over trying to WILD (even though that may be one of the hardest techs?). Thanks!

WILD does work on bedtime, but it’s not as effective as if it was teamed up with WBTB. My two LDs were short, but I got both using WILD. Also, a suggestion, if you have a busy schedule, use WILD when you have a free day on the next day, or any day you can stay longer in bed, as sometimes you can stay up for a while while doing WILD, and get tired on the next day from lack of sleep. My suggestion is: if you can’t WBTB, MILD during busy days and stick with WILD for weekends and others. :smile:
