So i have lucid dreams every now and then, but I’ve also always wanted to astral travel. there was this one time i was in sleep paralysis, and i started to pull out, but got scared and pulled back in. Anyway, i met this guy online who is really good at astral traveling and lucid dreaming and can do them whenever he wants. I’ve heard many times it’s possible for an astral traveler to pull you out with them. So I asked him and he said he would. So, my questions are, is there anything different about astral traveling with a friend? Is it safer the first time? How can you really be ready and prepare for astral traveling? I’m working on becoming grounded/earthed more, but is there anything else I should do. What are the possibilities or something negative happening? And should I travel/project with this friend even though I know him only from the internet? Thank you!
