Autosuggestions worked!

As you might know, I have tried LDing for 4 months without success. But few days ago, I tried listening relaxing music, and recalled them when getting asleep, and performed the autosuggestion, then I made a LD that I flied in a toilet, I noticed the LD will be faded away, but I was so nervous that I didn’t know which method to use to stablize my dream, so I woke up.

So,I think recalling musics can make us relax,right? I hope it can work, thanks.

Autosuggestion is very powerful technique. You obviously found a combination that works for you. Using music is also a great way of reinforcing the intent…
