Hello everyone, I wanted to start off and say it is good to be back. I joined this site in Jan 04 back when I first became interested in lucid dreaming. 6 years later, I am still an avid lucid dreamer and I want to share my knowledge with all of you. Thank you PasQuale for making such a helpful environment about such a scientifically scarce subject!
This clip is EXTREMELY helpful.Stop, Drop , And Roll teachnique I had a lucid dream using this techniue for the first time. It makes lucid dreaming quite simple, then againe I have extensive experience with WILD so maybe it was just esier for me?

We did know of the tech, and in fact fortunately the tech is somewhat spreading in the forums. Unfortunately the Lucidology links are tied to commercial purposes, or the link to those videos would have been in the Links collection since a good time ago,
Yeah… The ads are definitely annoying. Although, it is a minor drawback for a relatively free thing. The information they have had so far is very good work. I believe it may be the next “Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming”. It seems to update on LaBerges former.
