When I first heard of LD’ing (which was like this winter or something) I was really excited and started with improving my DR greatly and eventually I had my first LD. That was 4 or more weeks after I had started with LD’ing. After that i got more and more lazy and eventually I stopped doing any LD technique what so ever. I tried to start doing it again after some time but I just couldn’t be bothered. Now I’m ready to start again but I don’t know if i can do it. First: I’m very tired when i go to bed. Second: When i wake up I don’t have time to write in my DJ cuz i have to hurry up for school.
Can someone give some tips or just write something inspiring?

Oh, btw, is it necessary to use WBTB? I will probably be too tired in the morning if I use it.
Hey, you did it once (at least), you can do it again! If you find doing techniques in the night hard because you are tired, do LOTS of reality checks in the day. It really doesn’t matter if you do a technique or not, it’s just the right amount of intention that you have.
I don’t use WBTB properly speaking: I just wake up (on my own, without an alarm clock) and I stay in bed and don’t move at all… Waking up in the night helps a lot but it’s not necessary.
Maybe you can do techniques on weekends and holidays, that way you can sleep as much as you want.

If you really want to do it, sacrifice some of your precious time and go sleep 1/2 or 1 hour earlier. That worked for me too …

If you don’t have time to write in your DJ, just put in a quick note or two in it to help you remember the dream, and then (after school) fill it in with more info.
WBTB isn’t essential - however, it is very helpful (and really does improve your chances). Assuming your lazy (like me ) then when your alarm goes off, get out of bed to turn it off (even if it’s nect to your bed) and then get back in bed.
It won’t be anywhere near as powerful, but it’ll still help.
(Note: I find that when I do this, I’m actually more refreshed in the morning then if I don’t do any WBTB at all…)
WBTB has a 90% success rate for me. Just do as Surreal says. I like to go to bathroom with the lights as dim as possible.
