Ok so I already have an ok butt but I want to see if I can make it a little better (bigger and all) and don’t know how to do that.
also I have really little breasts. they are almost a B and I want at least a C. How can I make them larger in with out surgery. I’ve heard some really crazy stuff like eating carrots and putting toothpaste on your nips lol. don’t know If I really want to believe either one of those. any suggestions.
acctually one more ?. I have chubby cheeks, I hate them with passion. I didn’t have them when I was like 16 but now I do and I just want them to go away. I’m losing weight and that’s helping some, but does anyone know any exercises to help make your cheeks not as chubby?
I have a butt that’s big and way out of proportion with the rest of my body, so trust me when I say you really do NOT want a bigger one. Because of it, I suffer from back pain from the stress it puts on my spine, and this affects all kinds of things, especially when you take into consideration I can’t work standing up for more than an hour or so at a time due to the pain. For one thing, it seriously limits your job options, and neither can I do things like hiking because backpacks put extra strain on my back. I can’t even sleep on my back - I have to sleep on my side, and on a rock-hard mattress. All because my bum is big.
Not only this, but it becomes ridiculously difficult to buy jeans or skirts that fit, because they’re all made for people who have larger waist sizes to go with their big bottoms. I have to wear belts with everything so that the material doesn’t hang around my waist, but I can’t wear the next size down because it’s too small for my hips. And don’t even get me started on bikinis.
Likewise with the breasts, be happy with small ones. Thankfully I don’t suffer from large breasts, but my mother is a size D and it causes her a lot of back pain just like my butt does to me. She even wants to have breast reduction surgery, that’s how much she hates it. Be happy with what you’ve got, seriously - it’s a lot better than the alternative.

actually, i think a b cup is good, but no bigger than a 34 c because problems start appening and stuff, so i would say dont go toobig you know. and with the butt, i bet you have a good enough butt. Can i ask why are girls not hapy with themlsevs?
If youre trying to loose weight and at the same time you want to keep good shape the only answer is excercise and theres no better thing for it than swimming.You burn calories very fast, every little muscle work(as well as inside ones .ie ones responsibile for breathing and such) and its safe(you cannot damage your body how it sometimes happens during other excercises). Apart of all that swimming is the best shaping excercise out there(talking about recreationall swimming). Have a board and use your legs only to shape lower parts(butt included),try butterfly legs while swimming on your back(stomach,butt,legs,back muscles) and just any swimming to shape and make working upper parts.Even just walking or runing in the water deep to your neck is enough. Remember that doing so 3 times a week 45-1hr at the time would not require any diet,even opposite- sometimes you need more sugar to have energy and material for your body to burn fat in(body fat burns in sugars “flame”)
i wouldnt worry about the sizes that much really.Of course attractiveness is based mostly on looks but we fall for a person inside.If i can give you a hint anyways it would be to take care of the shape and firmness rather than size or weight.
I personally dislike skinny look a lot and allways look over my shoulder after girls which are “more” rather than “less”.I do notice how person cares for those sizes though.
