Instead of saying MILDs out loud can you just say them in your head?
Don’t most people do it in their head? I would think it is good to fall asleep while doing MILD, and I don’t know if I could fall asleep while speaking out loud. If you ought to do it out loud, someone tell us!

I’ve always done it in my head, but then I haven’t had any success personally (mind you, they were pretty half-hearted attempts). I think most people do it in their heads.
Of course you can! lol have you been talking out loud to yourself all this time? I think MILD works best if you say it to yourself as your falling asleep anyway, and you’re not going to get much sleep if you’re talking aloud.
Yeah, that’s the definition. Saying it aloud would be more like a spoken mantra, and it would keep you awake and you’d get annoyed and stuff.
You can go both ways.Myself i find affirmations said out loud better,dont know why i think it s clearer and easier to concentrate on.
Also i think its important to say out loud things connected with your dream signs.Guess its easier for our subcounciousness and brain to make an association.
