I’d say that it is possible.
When I nap my dreams are more thoughtlike than visual, so I guess that for me, at least, it would be difficult. I need to sleep for a longer time in order to have visual dreams. But I’m sure there’re people who can do it.
The first time I had HI which was close to a WILD was during a nap. I didn’t even intend on it to happen. I just got a white flash in my eye, sorta like a strobe light in the right corner of my vision. It lasted for like 10 seconds then I moved positions. So I say it is possible.
Yes it is possible, and it is usually regarded as a very good method (But still not as good as WBTB) when combined with WILD/MILD
How long should the nap be to get a successful wild? I try sometimes, but I wonder if it is possible if I sleep less than 2 hours
After being in bed for ten minutes the HI appeared. When it went away I tried for another ten minutes to get it to work and nothing. Two hour seems reasonable for a nap.
