cant seem to get it right!

Hi,
I’ve been trying to achieve Lucidity for over 2 weeks now. I’ve been trying the WILD technique, and I’ve been Reality Checking through the day to day life (sometimes 10-15 times a day).

The only breakthrough I had was at the beginning, day 2 or 3, when I fell asleep, and about the 3rd dream I had I realized I should be Reality Checking. When I woke up, I remember I wanted to fly, and I tried, and after failing a couple of times I eventually made it - and flew all around Sinai Island in the middle east. I didn’t have much control over that dream, but I knew I was dreaming and could do things.

Thats about it. Other than that, I either keep staying awake (at WILD) for over 20-30 minutes, or I just fall asleep (or getting tired of laying on my back).

And although I reality check must of the day, I keep on NOT doing that during my dreams. I remember must of my dreams.

Help anyone? :help:

I used to do hundreds of relaity checks, but nothing ever happened in my dreams. I have been trying for 5 months, like, and no lucidity. As of yet. It’s not hard though, lucid dreaming, you just need to find a way that suits you - I haven’t found my way yet though.

So you haven’t been lucid yet as well?
Thats so frustrating!

The day I woke up and remembered I had a passive lucid dream, I had the best feeling ever.

I dreamt I was lucid once, I even aksed a DC to remind me I was dreaming, but I didn’t notice I was dreaming. That sucked.

It seems to me that it takes you a while to fall to sleep. I’m the same way, I could lay there for hours doing WILD and get no results. Try MILD. I bet it will give you a lot more results. Just don’t get discouraged.
