Can't think of what to do?

Hello all, as it’s easteri have alot of time to practise Ludic Dreaming. I have had two LD in two days :happy:

But i have a problem, when im in a Lucid Dream i can’t think of where to go or what to do like i panic because i know it’s going to end so im trying to think of cool places but i can’t imagine any fast enough :sad:

Then i just end up walking around where i am then waking up.

How can i stop this?

I know the feeling. Firstly you need to get rid off this feeling because it’s a good chance that the feeling is guilty for your dreams to end quickly, because you are constantly thinking: no time, the dream is going to end and therefore you are telling the dream indirectly to end the dream…

Second thing, you said you have a lot of time for practicing, I would suggest meditation. I don’t do meditation so don’t ask me about that :content: but I know it helps because I was practicing it for some time and I had results. It will help you stay calm and it will help you remember your goals, even 5 minutes a day is a start…

So, once when you are in a dream you need to calm down, stop rushing and wanting things. You need to stop and take a few deep breaths, look around and see your options. When you feel calm and ready to go into adventure then do it. For remembering goals in dreams is good to plan them before bed time and write them in DJ just to keep your mind on goals.

Also calming yourself at the beginning of the dream should be your goal for now and also you can do that with constant reality checking…
