Have you ever tried cheating a reality check in your LD? 
You could transform yourself into whatever you want, in an LD. Therefore, why can’t you grow your own new fingers, or reduce fingers ???
I’m trying to understand what you mean by “cheating” reality checks. Do you mean switching your hand back to normal after a reality check gives you, like, 7 fingers? If so, the yes. Otherwise I guess I’m lost 
I believe he means that after you look at your hands and they are normal … then expect/force them to change ie forcing the RC to work

And btw, i could not understand yours sir,… Do you say we can reform changed (like 7 fingers in it.) hand into normal? If yes, then why can the human brain be trained to ourselves in a way which our RC’s always fail.

Yes, you can use transformation as a reality check. In a dream you can grow fingers, get rid of fingers or do whatever. And, if you are lucid and want a normal hand, you can use the same powers to go back to having a regular hand.
The reason these RC’s can fail is because we aren’t as aware in our dreams. We might look and see 12 fingers on one hand but we don’t take the hint. The trick is to be aware of everything during the day as well, and this can then transfer over to dreams
