Let me explain my situation a bit. 35 year old male. Having ld’s, SP, and so on for as long as I can remember. Since 12 years old at least with the SP. When I discovered forums like this and realised I wasn’t going mad Jesus twas such a relief.
When I realised what Ld’s were I tried to force them cos they were great but that seemed to stop them. Hadn’t had one in about 6 months and was feeling like it wouldn’t happen again. In the last 3 weeks I’ve taken up eating cheese late at night and have been having the most vivid (non-lucid) dreams and I remember them all. They seem to last for hours.
Yesterday I came home from work and went for a snooze. Dreaming away and did an RC with the fingers. My fingers bent back to my middle knuckles no probs so I figured I was dreaming. Ld’d for a bit and then woke up. Total time from putting the head down to waking up ? 50 minutes. No need in my experience to have to enter rem or anything.
any chance you were keeping a dj just before you began eating cheese? since you could use those 6 days of results (before and after you began consuming cheese)
welcome to LD4all
/me notices age and mentions the 30 years or older topic it would be great if you posted in it (there’s a link in my signature)
I myself, for the most part, have some cheese every night just because I love cheese. I have all kinds of cheese, and I like the cheese very much. The cheese likes me back because it gives me vivid dreams. Cheese+Me = Altogetherhappy. |)
