Cocktail Baby!!!!

I’ve been working with all these herbal nervines and vitamin suplements that i have found on this board and else were sence then.

My problem in the begaining was that i wanted to try every thing at the same time which didn’t quite work out, having no controled ‘tests’ for each one indivedually.

Then I started doing a bit of reaserch into how these suplements and all actually effect our conciousness and sleep patterns. And begain working with cocktails of regulated doesages of stimulants, mood enhancers, sedatives, relaxants, depressants and what not.

I’m still in the processe of these “experiments”. after all these things can run $6 to $8 for a small bottel.

Anyway. The best results i have gotten so far is from 300mcg - 600mcg of meletonin, 100mg to 200mg of B6, 500mcg of B12, And 600mg of st johns wort.

(though i also take 1800mg of st johns wort a day, I just throw the extra 600mg into the mix at night as a stimulant before going to sleep. Though I beleive that taking it reguarly as a mood enhancer Also has an aid in creating the right state of being.)

One thing to keep in mind with this combination is that i’m 21 and enjoy my acohol, and late nights. This particular combination, has losts of stimulants to make up for 20 hour days and consumtion of liquid depressant  . so it may fit better for those of us who do not keep a regular sleep scedual.

My suggestion is to learn the effects of each supplement so that you can manipulate them as you see fit for you particular lifestyle to achive the best state of mind for lucidity. None of these are ‘magic’ and we have to consider our state of consiousness before sleep and the effects of each to find what works. I believe this is why a strict b6 practice doesn’t have the same effect on everyone.

anyway, just food for thought.
