The sungazing and bluw water topics both made me remind in this type of diet.
Basiclly, all you need to do is to drink water, cooled down to your prefered temperature, whenever you open the fridge to eat. The water should not have any synthethic materials, tastes, or vitamins; Mineral water is prefered, and colored water is fine.
The cold part relates to something else as well: You should try and not wear any excess clothing even when it is cold. It is supposed to be started in the summer, where you simply don’t wear anything special at nights. When the winter comes, you should simply teach yourself to fight the cold, by a little bit ignoring it, but mainly heating yourself without specific movement; Mainly, you just choose a place on your body, and imagine as if it is filled with something hot. You can, as well, simply try to increase your heartbeats, or make your blood veins grow (Like when blushing)
You will also need to add another hour of sleep (unless you have nine or so), or you will just get too tired throughout the day.
(Btw, It can also be used to induce LDs, if you promise yourself a single day of excess clothing for every LD you have. It works for me)

Anyway, drinking water is good. And if you can’t sungaze (Wich truly sounds useful to me) because of clouds, than you should probably try the “cold” part.
I am using this diet right now, and I got sort of addicted to water. That means, that if I get stuck in the desert without water, I’ll get crazy much before others will.
