I also did. I got bored and remembered your sig so I found some.
its amazing that when you make an effort, how many LD’s u can have
4 LD’s and 1 AP in less than 2 hours sleep during the day, 
so now up to 18 overall
I had 1 that I can remember completely. And 2-3 where I only remember realising that I was dreaming and that I woke up after a while 
So I guess it’s only 1 for me

Thanks Jarod, I actually finally just realized that you just have to do it, its as simple as that.
Since my MILDs were working so good, I now just MILD, “I will be lucid all night” and so far that has worked pretty good.
Yes I agree with out R3TRO, if you remember to do a tech you have a very high chance of getting a LD Although it doesn’t always seem to work
