hi
I tryed last night whilst in a dream to see and keep one person in view and talk to them, but afterwhat seems like a minute or two they disappear. As what I see in a dream is fuzzy/ or as I call it “static”. like the same thing on a tv, it could be because I spenda lot of time looking at a computer screen but I have it all the time including in normal vision during waking life.
Could someone tell me where I am going wrong with a person been there. my ultimate dream of a dream would be able to talk clearly to a person in a dream but choose when I want them to leave.
Hi samzen05!
How many LD’s do you have? Have you always the same “static” problem?
well this was kind of the reason for posting to see if anyone could see by reading what I wrote who is more experienced with lucid dreams to pick up whether I am having lucid dreams or not ?
If no-one can tell but myself I would say i try to have a lucid dream everynight, though the feeling i get during a dream is different at different times.
Though I am a very creative person and I come up with ideas or solutions to problems that people didn’t realise were problems. Also I am an artist and I have many ideas for pieces of artworks everyday. When i was younger I had even more ideas than I do now. When thinking about an idea during RL I often dream awake an idea so all the pieces fit together, lately i have read about lucid waking, and yet again I am not sure whether I am having lucid waking.
Hope this helps

Have you had your eyes checked by a specialist? That could be a serious eye disease (possibly quite a rare one, even, since I’ve never heard of that problem before). It seems too unusual to be left unchecked.
Well, you haven’t said very much about the detail of the problem, so I could be mistaking the situation here, but to me the solution seems very simple. If I want somebody to stay, I’ll ask them to stay. If they leave and I want to keep talking to them, I’ll follow them down the street (or wherever).
From how you describe things (and there’s not much to go on, sorry if I’m wrong) I get the impression you’re trying to “magically” keep them in place just by wanting it. To that, I say - why bother? Why not use a simpler method, like requesting them to stay, instead of making it any harder than it has to be? It doesn’t matter if you’re lucid at the time - there’s still easier ways to get things done sometimes than by magical lucid abilities or whatnot.
I don’t lucid dream myself, but I have no problems controlling events in my dreams. I believe the key is not to try so much as just doing things without thinking about it too hard. If you believe you can control the situation and know you don’t have to try, you will, no matter what methods you use. If I can do that in my normal dreams, I’m sure it will work for you in your lucid ones!
it sounds like even though u have normal dreams, it sounds like the norm is a lucid dreams. a lucid dreams is where you remember the details.
though my dreams are not clear and I normally have 3 at once
Eh? I’m having trouble following what you’re saying. Could you rephrase that, please?
