Hi, Im still very new at this. How exactly do i make objects out of thin air? A friend of mine said it was rather dificult.

A way to summon objects is to tell yourself that the object will be behind you, and turn around. Or you can tell yourself that it will be in your pocket, behind a door, behind the next corner etc. It depends on the size, i guess. 
It all depends on how much control you have. Sometimes, if I feel the dream is unstable, I won’t try and ‘create’ the object out of thin air, but rather ‘find’ it, as Siiw suggested.
If you feel comfortable enough, then you can try ‘forming’ or ‘creating’ it with your hands. If you try to imagine what it would feel like before hand, then it’s much easier when you try to in your dream!

If we’re talking thing you can hold in your hand there is a two step way of doing it.
- Remove empty hand from view
- Bring it back with object in hand.
If your hand is already out of view I guess it is a one step method. It is always easier if you don’t see the magick happening because you don’t have any experience from waking life of things appearing right in front of you, it is just too unusual.
If we’re talking bigger things you as already advised, open a door, look behind you. You can always just walk around until you find it. Going through doors and around corners is good. Just any way you are comfortable with that requires the dream to render new objects.
I dont know exactly how I do. I just think about the object, next second it is just in my hand
