How do you deal phsychical with pain? What do you think about while sitting in the dentists chair?
Or, how do you deal with psychical pain, if things aren´t going to well for you?
I usually do 3-circle-standing QiGong.
I dont train that day if it is too intense.
Thats a very good question. What I do helps some, but QiGong is more preventative medicine than anything.
I think I wrote a segment in one of the forums here on “pressure in the head” that might help too… But actually I would be interested in knowing anything else anyone has found/come up with.
I try to relax as much as possible and clear my head. Really the anticipation of pain is the worst. Usually, it’s not as bad as you imagine it will be. I’m about to have a major surgery and am anticipating already, a month or so in advance. Must clear head, must clear head.
