Do animals have lucid dreams?

They do dream, that is known I believe.

Sometimes you can tell when a dog is dreaming cause it will sort of act like it’s running or growl a little bit in it’s sleep. Kinda funny to watch.

My dog does this all the time. It’s funny =D
