Do I have to wake up?

Okay, now it isn’t that I’ve suddenly began to experience great LDs (I haven’t been experiencing any LDs at all) and that I don’t want to wake up in the morning anymore :happy:
Actually, for every technique I read about, it seems like you have to wake up in the middle of the night. Why is this needed, and if you’re somewhat more experienced, is it possible to induce a lucid dream without waking up in the middle of the night?

I think what you’re talking about are methods such as WBTB, MILD, or maybe even WILD. You don’t necessarily have to use these methods to induce a lucid dream. You can try DILD methods, such as autosuggestion and reality checks, if you prefer. :grin:
