Do you recommend using WILD every night?

To be honest, I’ve always felt uncomfortable about WILD since it just doesn’t seem like… real sleep.
It feels like it’s more intended for lucid dreaming experiences and that your brain never actually rests when you’re constantly aware; rather, WILD seems to me like a sort of hypnotic state that allows for lucid dreaming, a kind of half-awake state which cannot replace normal sleep.
Please inform me on this.

Well, a successfull WILD implies you actually reached the dreaming state, thus your body has fallen asleep. This way, there should be no real difference from normal sleep.

Alright, thanks.
One more thing:

Can an alarm clock free you from sleep paralysis?
Because normally it wakes you up from the dream scenario, but can it awake you physically as well?
If you don’t dream anything then it feels like you will remain stuck in the sleep paralysis while the clock got louder and louder, which would be rather comical but horribly annoying.

Hmm, never occured to me, whenever an alarm clock rings I wake up so much that the SP isnt there anymore. Ive never tried to trigger an alarm clock while in an SP :hmmm: maybe Ill try this

WILD in the morning is awesome
