Have any of you tried WILD after 5 hours of sleep? I find that is almost a sure fire way to LD’s, or OOBE’s.
you have ld’s from meditating b/c meditation helps you become aware of your surroundings and you have better control, you do sorta go into a deep state before falling asleep. I do feel better after having an LD but not when something doesn’t turn out right.
I always feel better after any lucid dream, and vivid ones, and when I have better dream recall. I always feel better when I’m dealing with sub-concious conciously… if that makes sense
I always feel better when I wake up from an LD. Usually nothing “turns out wrong” or “wasn’t supposed to happen” in my LD’s. When I’m lucid I control everything so it always "turns out right.
However, I never tried WILDing yet. I’ve tried MILD, WBTB, VILD, -heck- I even tried the PPILD (and had nightmares for weeks, I hate pepperoni .)
EDIT: Alright, so I tried WILD once…
Usually doing a LD make me happy for the rest of the day and make me think about it the whole day. Its like a pass-time.
But im more proud when im experienced good OBE vibration.
having a ld makes me feel happy for about a week lol
Just that ?
Yes, WILD and LDs make me feel good for awhile after. And a really good LD can give you quite the glow
Its suck when a night you don’t have dream…
Just little memory impossible to match…
Or don’t remember it. Like last night. x_X
Usually, when I remember a really good dream, a dream I foudn enjoyable, it gives me an enormous kick and keeps me going for the entire day. I’m usually in a fairly good mood at school, but sometimes it’s really hard to ‘keep up the appearances’. It’s in those days that a good dream is a savior. I feel like I’m glowing the entire day. ^^
Usually when I don’t recall a dream Im just thinking it was just a short one that doesnt need to be checked.
I’m usually too tired to tell…
I sure as heck feel a lot better when I succeed at lucid dreaming.
I feel good just knowin that I am still alive I try to do RC’s just so I know Im back in this wonderful world. Of course, when I have a very deep experience I tend to feel high or something similar, which is always a good thing
