Logically, it would, as you dream during naps, you would only need to have the intention set. But I want a confirmation, thanks.
MILD can work anytime and it isn’t really more or less difficult depending on when you do it compared to other techniques like WILD, VILD or FILD. The point is to set the intention of knowing you will be dreaming or doing a reality check. As long as you set that intention it can work.
I’ve accidentally had MILDs during afternoon naps on a few occasions, so I believe you could induce them at will as well.
