Dream clarity

Does having a clear Lucid dream improve your recall?
all my Lucid dreams have been fuzzy and not vivid so I havent remembered a lot of the dream.

You should write down your dreams right after you wake up.
It helps a lot.

I’m pretty sure it does.
If your dreams become clearer then you will notice much more details, which logically should mean that you remember them more easily.

I normally wait try and stay in bed for 5-15 minutes. Staying in bed and trying to remember your dreams improves the clarity of them, and then I write them in the journal. If I don’t have time to sleep in, I might take a warm shower and just think of the dream and sometimes that seems to be a little helpful for me.

Yes…it really does. (for me atleast.) Iv’e had amazing HD quality cinematic full 16:9 screen ratio size lucid dreams. Then iv’e had the blurry dark 1’s. And there is a big difference.

If you become good at lucids and can maintain lucidity for a while, try taking the lucid pill, or find something to turn, and say to yourself before you turn it, “when I turn this, the lucidity will become HD quality.” Or something that you prefer.
