I was looking back at my DJ, and realized that I have the hardest time remembering what DC’s say. Even when I write it down first thing, the dialogue is fuzzy at best. Mind you, I’ll still remember thigns that hold some meaning to me, but most of it is lost. I find this weird because in WL, I have an amazing memory for what people say. I can even quote full conversations from months ago!
Anyone else ever notice this, or found a way to increase dialogue recall?
Do you think this might have something to do with the fact that sometimes in dreams dialogue seems to be spoken telepathically?
Obviously, DC’s dialogue is going to come from your mind so it isn’t absolutely necessary for them to actually speak the words for you to understand them.
for me, i don’t remember much talking going on at all in my dreams, perhaps there is, but i can’t remember, and also, indeed, what is said is hard to remember, while i usually have a good memory for that
also on a side note with regards to SG’s, if i talk to one of them, it seems like they answer before i’m done talking, because i subvocalise those thoughts, but they may have formed enough for them to respond, which is just plain annoying, because i can’t hear what they’re “saying”
