Dream Planning

Although I’m sure something like this has happened before, I have a suggestion.

Step one: Write out the beginning of a dream, with time length included of dream.
Step two: While in bed, imagine the beginning of your dream.
Step three: Let it happen!

Write it here…

Operation:Sky Island
Length: 52 Weeks

I am in school. I am talking with some people behind me, when I hear a sieren. My math teacher picks up a gun from behind her desk. I take it from her, and say, “You don’t know how to use this.” I walk outside. I see a broken set of tanks, all in black. I also see the sky red.“This couldn’t possibly be real…” I say. I clench my fist and punch through concrete like it was taut paper. “I am dreaming, I need to contact the chroniclers!” I think. The dream goes on for 52 weeks…

Simialer to that.

Second Try: April 20th, 2007
Length: 1 Month-1 Year

I am walking in a dark street. I begin to hear the song that has been playing through my head all day. At the part where the lyrics come in, I realizeI am dreaming! I begin to do things…
List of things to do:
Transform
Fly
Goto sky Island
Go behind the mirror
Gain 100% Control
Cement Dream Home

has it worked for you so far? I think I’ll try it tonight, along with writing “Am I Dreaming?” a couple times also.

No, but Repetition might help when combined with this method.

Sounds like VILD to me

Well, not sounds, but…

last night, I expected LD and if it happened, I plan on flying, looking for a forest to find a wook stick, and to try “magic trick” (fireball, electricity…)

I didn’t get lucid, but I DID FLY !!

Planning his dream might work very well with practice!

Ah, VILD it is… I would not mind testing this method. Although I’ve not been completely successful in incubating a dream, I have at least been partially successful in incubating dream characters, though, not always what I had expected… I can reasonably defend my lack of success on passive incubation, though.

I would assume anyone attempting this would need to have exceptional dream recall, however.

Once again, planning is very good. Last night, I had, lets call it a half LD.

I did not fly, but tried to create fire with my hand !! I was expecting both but one is still very good

I think this method will work with repitition. Now all I need to do is remember to visualize it.

last night, I told my self not to forget to check last weekend news paper for an article…

Fun part is that I checked it my dream

last night, I set 5 clear objectives when to do RC. For each of them, I tryied to visualize myself in each situation, realizing I was lucid, and then , doing 3 specific tasks.

One of the objective was seeing/being in my room, where I tought about looking at my hands and my guitar, pinching my nose, and then, jumping thru the windows to fly, then look down at my neighbourhood and spoting a forest to find a piece of wood and do magic tricks. The last part was not all that clear in image, but for the first time, I could visualize my room pretty well!

But, I didn’t work yet, I’ll continue practicing that.

If any of you have tips and trick about visualizing and planning your dream efficiently, “I am all ears”!
