That could very well be a dream sign, especially if its in every single dream. Just make sure you do an RC everytime you see her.

Well, if it’s only in dreams, then one should be sufficient. If it’s a person you see in real life, then yeah, that’s quite a few RC’s. But one of the most often used methods of RC’s is when passing through doorways. If I did that, it would be about the same.
I’d say it was a dream sign

I’m inclined to say yes its a usable dreamsign, as she frequent appears in your dreams and thus is a good indicator your dreaming. Yes, you see her alot in real life as well, but that doesn’t change the fact that she is frequently in your dreams.
Also, an RC every fifteen seconds. Your seeing this person like 200+ times a day?! You only need to do a RC every time you come in contact with here. If she is in your class or whatever and your in class with he you don’t need to do 5 RC’s a minute. You can just do one the second you notice here and then not do another until you have left the room and returned.
