Hello. I have been keeping a dream journal for a few weeks now and i have pretty decent dream recall. I have never had a LD. Last night i had a dream about dreaming and dream journals. I may have even had a dream within a dream. I also recall a false awakening. Im sorry i dont remember all of it. Does this mean i am close to having a LD?
I don’t know, but if your mind is getting so familiar with dreams, to let you dream about dreams, maybe you’re on the right path.
