dreams of floods come true

woah…now thats really weird. thanks for the post DA

it is indeed wierd. But i honestly fail to see how a house on stilts could take 20ft waves any better than houses on the ground or trees.

Stilts or not. They were lucky.

I think has mroe to do with chance.

After all, she’s moved from a place far away from the sea, to right next to it. It’s not exactly surprising she had nightmares of a flood. And what really came first? The fear of a flood, or the nightmares? The fear most likely.

And also as a final word, she had dreams of floods, not tsunamis.

Also note that when you consider that everybody dreams multiple times every night, some dreams are bound to come true sometimes just due to chance. It’s like rolling the dice a hundred times and getting shocked every time you roll a five.

What about all the dreams that /don’t/ come true? Ignored.

“I had this dream last night that my second cousin called and asked for half a dozen confused blue herrings and when I woke up the next day nobody called me! Amazing!”

Exactly, well put .
