Dry Spell

I’m in a Dry Spell right now. I haven’t been remembering a lot of dreams lately and I haven’t had a LD in months. I do RC everytime I enter a room and my normal recall is around 2 dreams per night. I do keep a dream journal and been updating it except for like 2 days. Any suggestions to increase my chance of LD or my dream recall?

try some softwares, infinity works great. It gave me 2 LDs in one week!!! :woo:

I did do Infinity recently for only a week and I didn’t get to a LD. Isn’t there another program similar to Infinity?

try lucid warp. Its a pretty good software because it boosts your motivation a lot!!!

I found Lucid Warp to be mostly bullsh*t actually :wink: Infinity is probably the best thing. And remember to actually do EVERYTHING it says for atleast TWO weeks.

I guess I’ll restart infinity and do it for 2 weeks this time

For the past few days or so, I’m waking up extremely early in the morning. Sometimes it’s because it’s just a noisy morning or for no reason at all. Usually my dreams are long intricate and detailed, but in the past few days I’ve either had nothing or tidbits. I know it will probably pass, but it’s kind of worrying me. I haven’t even had a lucid dream yet, and I want my long crazy dreams back so it’s possible to become lucid. If you have any information or suggestions, please post them.

Actually, it’s not necessary. What if everyone with a WBTB issue would create a new topic? This forum would be flooded. I think it’s perfectly okay to post your own questions and problems in another one’s topic as long as the topic is not old and the question is related to the topic subject.

Try to get a good night sleep and try not to stress about too much during the day.

How do you GET motivated? I find that auto suggestion works the best. Every night i go to bed thinking positively that “I will have a lucid dream tonight”. Or, write on a peice of paper "I will have a lucid dream tonight signed: " and put it under your pillow. Your subconious will remember this and its highly proboble that you will have some form of lucid experience.

i especially like reading peoplea dream journals…nothing makes you wanna LD more than reading other peoples LD’s

kT4all, im kind of in hte same place you are…i was really good at LDing for a while but then school took over…i just started up again 2 weeks ago and i’ve had 3 LD’s since then so im pretty happy with that…baby steps :wink:
personally i’ve just been doing spuratic RC’s and MILD every once in a while

maybe if RC’s arent working for you you should try another method: MILD, WILD, you know them
as far as dream recall, i know autosuggestion can help it…also you could try putting some kind of sign on hte ceiling above or next to your bed that says “what did you dream of last night?” so its the first thing you think about when you wake up, because i know that if you get up and start doing things you will remember less of your dreams…even simply changing the position you’re laying can effect your recall :unk:
