Enterting LD or OBE

So, im kinda new to LD and OBE. but i tried to reach SP, but i cant seem to enter it, for either reaching a LD or an OBE.
I can lie on my bed for 1hr+ but still, if i want to move, i just move. Is there a reason for this? do i need to be very tired to enduce a SP? or is there some other way to do a LD or an OBE??

There are other techniques, believe it or not, to induce lucid dreams. The most common one, apart from WILD, is the MILD technique which got me my first few lucid dreams. You should try it.

Okay  sounds like a should definitely give it a shot, Even though it seems that inducing an OBE, MILD is not the right way to do it, or maybe im wrong?
Is MILD’ing the easier way to entering OBE also?
And last but not least; do you have to be really tired, or what level of “Tiredness” do you need to be at?
-Prehand thank you

Well, if you tend to fall asleep rather rapidly, then you should wake up after 5-6 hrs and stay awake for about half an hour before attempting the MILD technique. However, if you usually have a hard time falling asleep then don’t get up at all and just start the technique immediately. MILD is a technique which involves you remembering to become lucid in the middle of a dream so I’m not sure if it’ll help you get an OBE. lol But I’m no expert so don’t take my word for it. =D Glad I could help somewhat. Cheers.

I normally have a hard time falling asleep during the night, so i should try waking up 4-6 hrs after i went asleep? and then inducing SP? or…?
Thanks

The problem with the WILD Technique is that i am just not tired enough i guess…
in some guides they tell u not to do an SP during the night because u will most likely fall asleep, but i have a hard time going into an REM. i just lie totally aware of the situtation and/or is just able to move my body no matter the time i lie waiting for the SP (Trying not to think about it, but its kinda hard when u have some pain going on in your hands and/or feet)

I almost had SP two times using WILD technique, but when it started, I started to stress and rejoice too much about it, so it got away. I felt almost nothing, my hands were like braided knot and I could not understand in which side was my left hand  Then I started to hear some weird sounds and as I said before, starte to stress and everything got away.

In that case, try and wake up after 4 hrs and then start doing the WILD tech since waking up earlier will leave you feeling more tired than if you were to wake up after 6 hrs.

I still wonder, how sleepy do you have to be? because in the evenings i am just not very tired, and normally i force myself into sleeping somehow… i just dont feel like sleeping at all.
And when i try to induce a SP, my muscles make some kind of mini-contractions, i really can feel these coming at all, they happend and then afterwards i feel them.
do they ruin the SP or is that completly normal?
