Entire dream

I just started recording my dreams a few days ago. And I’ve run into a problem where I remember the last few minutes of my dream but can’t remember how I got to that spot in my deam. I have vauge ideas of where I was or who I saw earlier in the dream, but I can’t remember much else. Does anyone have any advice on how to remember your entire dream?

Just carry on trying to improve your DR.

But, I do have to say, I suspect many dreams start in the middle. Unlike a movie or a book, there is no clear begining (that I can remember at any rate).

My advice, just start writing it down. Once you write somthing down from as early as you can remember, you start to remember more and more. Usually the first thing I remember was the last dream I had that night, then while im writing it down ill rememebr somthing from the dream I just had. ill finish writing the dream then go back up to the top and start writing some more.

If you keep at it your DR improves, and it becomes easier to remember your dreams (obviously). Write down EVERYTHING you can remember. I recommened putting a “fragments” section at the bottom of your journal entry. that way when you go back to it at the end of the day you can update anything you remember. Ill post my fragments section from last night.

Writing down everything including fragments will help your DR. Leberge recommends remembering 1 ND a night before performing indusion techniques. That should be easy if you write down everything you can remember from the night before.

Good luck!

this has happened to me to. Its like there are pieces that i remember but i never remember in what order they happened, like my sence of time has gone. the solution i would adwise here is just to take part by part and leave it unsolved but still rememberd, i think thats the piont. but you will maybe find out afterwards if these 2 fit together or something u can edit it or something. also remember that thing may not always look clearly in your dreams but they can give a very strong emotional sign, u should write down how everything made u feel(i personaly like to use color describing emotions)
