I am trying to get LD for a long time but during normal working day it is so hard for me to remember about RT, to shake off all business and just focus for a while. Evenings I am so tired that I just sleep like a log.
Day after day my practice is getting weaker and only on weekends I try more and get again will and power.
unfortunatelly it is not enough for me to have LDs.
Maybe you can tell me, what are you doing to keep your practice alive?
What are you doing to avoid sinking deep into “normal” life full of stress and duties ?
That has happened to me too. I do lots of RCs for maybe 1-2 days and then I get tired of doing them and then I almost stop doing them for a few weeks. And then the cycle starts again.
I think it’s just a matter of practicing to remember to do RCs. This week I have managed to do lots of RCs every day and not get tired of doing them.
So try really hard for a few days and then take a break for a few days and then start over with the cycle.
Well, I recently went and ordered a vibrating watch that will be able to give me discrete reminders during the day to RC and attend to my awareness and LL. There are some posts on such reminders in this forum The Vibralite3 (my choice) and “the invisible watch.” I hope that will get my RC frequency up to twice per hour or something like that. Maybe that’s a good idea for you too.
Meditation will give you surplus energy, as well as help your awareness. Meditation is correlated with LDing. Physical exercise will also give you more energy.
The people who use the “Neuro-Programmer” also say that they have more energy and less need for sleep as a sideeffect from using the program.

I tried to remind me about RT using desktop flashing notes (ATNotes - free&good software), but problem is that if it doesnt come just from my will it doesnt work. I just make it mechanically, w/o “spirit”,

a good tip is to find something u see every day, or do every day, and use that as a cue to do a rc. for example, every time u walk through a door, u do a rc. or every time u see a bird flying, u do a rc. if u can remember that, and start doing rc’s automatically, then it should only be a matter of time before u see it in u’r dream. then, after a couple dreams, u should do rc’s in tha dreams too.
but remember to actually question reality when u do a rc. don’t just look at ur hand or whatev, coz then it wont work. u have to actually try to find proof that u are in the real world. if u cant find proof, then ur dreaming…
