Hello All, I’ve been a very seldom lucid dreamer for about an year now, just wanted to share some thoughts on sleeping positions.
So I began this because of my headaches, changing sleeping positions to alleviate the pain as much as possible when going to sleep.
I’ll get straight to the point. I’ve been starting to sleep with a very low pillow, or actually no pillow at all and surprisingly my dream recall / quality have increased significantly. Don’t know why this happens though.
Also, to ANYONE who doesn’t SSILD regularly, I STRONGLY recommend it. It helps you get to sleep faster (and deeper IMO) and it’s just such a nice method.
