some of my most interesting dreams have always been that I am in a large department store but inside it is as if it is a playground, or even an amusement park indoors,
and there are things like ball pits, and bridges,
and these dreams seem to go on forever,
and they are so playful and seamless that sometimes they are the most elusive to remember,
it seems like I had one tonight, and they are always so fun and rewarding, and I am like a kid again,
in fact they really aren’t “stores” at this point ,
Good…Thought I was weird…
I have one every few months, they are just as you describe them…Usually I like to fly around them and just look at the floor with all sorts of cool toys and rides and such…kinda like a Bass Pro Shop for dreamers…
It’s a nice idea. You’d expect to find all sorts of things in a department store, so you can just browse and find something fun to do. Why not hang out there, and everything is up for grabs! It sounds a little consumerism zombie style, but the general idea of having everything gathered in one place, and in greater supply than you need. That’s everyone’s fantasy come true, isn’t it?
I’ve visited ‘Deparment Stores’ before, but normally in ND’s. I think I’ve only been in one once in a fully lucid dream. They’re normally huge and exaggerated with masses of shelves, which, to be honest, should be a really obvious dreamsign!!
Now, I REALLY REALLY REALLY want to. grins I want to see all of the interesting things that I can ‘buy’… I can’t wait!!!
I have dreams where I am in random stores, that go up many levels, or are underground. I have to crawl through tunnels and openings in the wall to get to another room. I also see bridges. It’s fun though.
