every night when I try to WILD I always see one very distinct face for a few seconds as soon as I start to focus more, the face is always random but always seems to me that I can interpret it in some way. i was wondering if this happens to anyone else or if this is just HI?

From what it sounds like, I think it’s just HI. When I get it, I usually see images of various types of car, so it wouldn’t seem strange to me if you saw something like faces. A fun idea would be to try creating characters with those faces in a lucid dream, and see what they’re like.
You are not alone, I see faces too. The faces I see use to be ugly.
I wish I could get that far into WILD. I just get to the point where I feel numb, background noise increases, and I hear some sound (either a short, low hiss, or a thud (like someone gently placing a glass on my desk)).
Also, my back feels cold when I try WILD, don’t have a clue why 
I don’t need to try hard to get them. I can even get them when i’m trying to sleep normaly.
I would have to agree with wyrmfell that it would be HI. I haven’t gotten images like that yet. One time I saw what looked like a solid black bird and it flew past my vision; it seemed like it was far away. I just ask myself if that was HI or not and it did look real.
